In Memoriam
to our beloved Chaplain/Pastor
"Leapin" Deacon Conrad N. Walker
Retired U.S. Army Col. Conrad Walker gave up a promising sports career in pursuit of a higher calling becoming a chaplain with the 101st Division and 173rd, Airborne Brigade where he earned the nickname "Leapin" Deacon as he retired his logbook after 600 jumps.

He earned the Silver Star, Bronze Star with Valor, Legion of Merit and Purple Heart for his pastoral mission under hostile conditions in Vietnam.

Our hearts and prayers go his High School sweetheart and wife of 60 years Ann and their five adult children, ten  granddaughters and ten grandsons, one great grandson and five great granddaughters. His family has accumulated a combined total of 120 years of meritorious and distinctive service with the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines.

Rest in Peace, Dear Chaplain Walker
Your wonderful smile will always be with us
